13 is a gripping and intense thriller that follows the story of Vince, an electrician from Talbot, Ohio, who finds himself in a desperate situation when his father's medical treatments put his family in financial distress. Seeking a way to make quick money, Vince stumbles upon an opportunity that promises a fortune in just one day.

After a chance encounter with a man who later tragically overdoses on drugs, Vince discovers a set of instructions and a mysterious cell phone. Intrigued, he decides to take the man's place and embarks on a journey to New York, unaware of what he has gotten himself into.
