Anatomie 2 (2003) follows the story of Jo Hauser, a doctor and soccer player, who moves to Berlin to intern at a prestigious clinic in order to expand his knowledge and help his handicapped brother, Willi. Upon joining the clinic, Jo becomes a part of a secret fraternity of doctors led by the controversial Prof. Muller-LaRousse.

The fraternity is conducting illicit experiments involving the use of bionic muscles in humans, disregarding ethics and breaking the law. The team volunteers for these dangerous experiments, which attract the attention of investigator Paula Henning. As Jo becomes closer to a Filipino nurse at the clinic, he becomes addicted to the drugs used in the experiments and begins to uncover the hidden truth behind the methods employed by the fraternity.
