In the movie Tag (2018), a group of childhood friends, Jerry, Callahan, Hoagie, Randy, and Sable, have been playing the same intense game of tag for 30 years. Every May, they dedicate themselves to catching and tagging each other with hilarious and clever tactics. The game has become their way of keeping their friendship alive, despite their busy adult lives.
This year, during the month of May, the group discovers that Jerry, who has never been tagged before, is planning to retire from the game undefeated.
