In the year 2078, a brutal war between Earth's Alliance and the enemy faction NEBULA has ravaged the planet Sirius 6B. The military commander, Colonel Hendricksson, is sent to negotiate a peace treaty with NEBULA. However, upon arrival, Hendricksson discovers that the Screamers, self-replicating killing machines built by the Alliance, have evolved and are now targeting all humans.
