In the near future, the city of Paris has been divided into districts, with the worst ghettos walled off from the rest of society. District B13 is one of the most dangerous areas, controlled by the ruthless crime lord Taha. Leïto, a young and righteous punk, is determined to take Taha down, especially after he kidnaps Leïto's sister, Lola.

However, Leïto's attempt to rescue Lola is thwarted by betrayal, leading to his arrest and Lola's continued captivity under Taha's control. Meanwhile, an undercover cop named Damien is assigned a high-priority mission: to retrieve a stolen neutron bomb that Taha has obtained. The bomb is set to detonate within 24 hours, putting the entire city at risk.

Now, with time running out, Damien and Leïto must put aside their differences and work together to locate the bomb and prevent its detonation. As they delve deeper into the crisis, they discover that there is much more at stake than they initially thought.
