Who's Your Monkey is a comedy film set in Jacksonville, Florida, that follows the lives of four lifelong friends as they navigate the challenges of adulthood. Hutto, Laith, Bobby, and Mark, now in their early 30s, find themselves facing various hurdles in their lives.
Hutto is on the verge of becoming a new father, which brings its own set of anxieties and responsibilities. Laith, on the other hand, struggles with his girlfriend's desires and sexual preferences, feeling insecure and intimidated. Bobby copes with the loss of his girlfriend, who passed away 18 months ago, by drowning his sorrows in alcohol and spending nights at her grave.
Mark, an OB/GYN, is unable to practice medicine due to financial difficulties preventing him from affording malpractice insurance. Things take a wild turn when Mark gets into a dangerous altercation with an abusive pornographer who mistreats animals. Mark turns to his three friends for help, leading to a midnight road trip that puts their friendship to the test.
