In the future, the Terran Confederation is engaged in battle with the Kilrathi Empire, a race of felinoid beings. The Kilrathi have managed to capture a NAVCOM unit containing vital information about the coordinates to Earth's hyperspace jump. With Earth under threat and Terran reinforcements due to arrive in two hours, it is up to the starfighter carrier TCS Tiger Claw to keep the Kilrathi occupied.
